If in the 3.5 years that the CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organisation) e-marketing team has been managing the Twitter handle, no one from upstairs has demanded that open conversations and proper content marketing happen through twitter.
Maybe a #BigTimeFail could be the very wake up call that the Cyprus Travel, Tourism and Hospitality sector may just need to understand that there are fundamental state resources that have been under-utilised if not just plain waist of money and time.
